We do not service the electric parts of any e-bike.
We only service the normal BIKE parts of them.
We are listed on Rad Power's website but they do not specify our service being for regular bike parts only.
We do offer hydraulic disc brake upgrades for most ebikes and that does include simple brake switch wiring, but that is all we do!
If you have an electrical problem or missing part or charger, your first step should be to contact the manufactuer. If theat is not possible, then we recommend our friends at Electric & Folding Bikes Northwest in Ballard.
